What is your shipping policy for furniture and large items?
We offer several shipping tiers, ranging from standard ground shipping for smaller items to full-service White Glove Delivery for larger furniture pieces. White Glove includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How do I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. For larger freight items, the carrier will contact you directly via phone or email to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging, and a return shipping fee may apply.
Do you offer fabric and material swatches?
Yes! We offer complimentary swatches for our upholstery and rug collections. You can order them directly from the product pages to ensure the color and texture are perfect for your home before you buy.
What kind of warranty comes with Blu Dot products?
We stand by the quality of our designs. Most Blu Dot products are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
